چکیده

Ruminant ?? T cells were discovered in the mid-1980?s shortly after a novel cell receptor (TCR) gene from murine was described 1984 and TCR? locus 1985. It possible to identify populations early ruminants because they represent large proportion of peripheral blood mononuclear (PBMC). This null population, cells, designated as such by its non-reactivity with monoclonal antibodies (mAb) against ovine bovine CD4, CD8 surface immunoglobulin (Ig). are non-conventional known innate-like capable using both TCR well other types systems including pattern recognition receptors (PRR) natural killer (NKR). Bovine have been shown respond stimulation through toll-like receptors, NOD, NKG2D cytokines alone, protein non-protein antigens their TCR, pathogen-infected host cells. The two main distinguished presence or absence hybrid co-receptor/PRR WC1 T19. These not only differ proportional representation various tissues organs but also migration into inflamed tissues. WC1+ found blood, skin spleen while WC1? predominate gut, mammary gland uterus. In ruminants, may produce IFN?, IL-17, IL-10 TGF?, cytotoxic activity memory responses. expression particular family members controls response pathogens correlates differences cytokine comparison families cattle, sheep goats is discussed relative multigenic arrays that differentiate function humans mice.

T Helper Cells Profile and CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Regulatory T Cells in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Background: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is considered as the most common cause of female infertility that affects 4-10% of women in the reproductive age. Previous studies have shown the role of a balanced immune response in a successful pregnancy and fertility. Objective: To investigate the T helper cells type 1 (Th1) /Th2/Th17/Treg paradigms in peripheral blood of infertile PCOS compared ...

Features of Human CD3+CD20+ T Cells.

Monoclonal Abs against CD20 reduce the number of relapses in multiple sclerosis (MS); commonly this effect is solely attributed to depletion of B cells. Recently, however, a subset of CD3(+)CD20(+) T cells has been described that is also targeted by the anti-CD20 mAb rituximab. Because the existence of cells coexpressing CD3 and CD20 is controversial and features of this subpopulation are poorl...

Evaluation of Exhausted Regulatory T Cells in Preeclampsia

Background: The development of a maternal immune response to fetal antigens and deficiency in regulatory T-cells (Tregs) may lead to preeclampsia. A plausible explanation for the reduced Treg cell function in women with preeclampsia is the presence of exhausted Treg cells which express CD279 or programmed cell death receptor-1 (PD-1), a negative regulatory molecule associated w...

Regulatory T Cells in Colorectal Cancer

One of the essential protection mechanisms of immune system is Treg cells which play an important role in maintenance ofimmune homeostasis. However, they may also inhibit immune functions against tumor cells. It has been reported that Treg cellsare increased in patients suffering from different types of cancer. Increased number of Treg cells has been shown in tumor lymphnodes, peripheral blood,...
